Ukrainian President Zelensky posted on social media on the 12th that he inspected the Kupyansk front in eastern Kharkiv Oblast that day.

Zelensky said that the progress made by the Ukrainian military on the front line is of great significance to Ukraine's diplomacy.

According to the Ukrainian state news agency on the 12th, the Ukrainian army seized Kondrashovka, Latikivka, and several nearby settlements in the north of Kupiyansk on that day. The Russian supply line to the north of Kupiyansk was cut off, and Kupiyansk is currently under Ukrainian firepower control.

On November 20th, the Russian presidential website announced that the Chief of the General Staff of the Russian Armed Forces, Grasimov, said that the Russian military has taken control of Kupiyansk.
