我个人觉得商家支付工资,就是聘请他人为顾客提供服务,固定工资难以留下员工,所以他们利用消费者支付服务费的方式,变相让消费者承担用工成本。

That's not how it works. Here the minimum wage for waitstaff is legally lower (about 1/4 of the federal minimum) than other jobs, and they are also taxed for receiving tips.
任何支付,消费者都应该有无压力的选择权,这是"自由"重要的组成部分
老板不愿意给该给的钱,还道德绑架顾客
如果莫名其妙给人家多一点钱,会很奇怪的。包括价格15你给了20,老板会拦住你说扫多了
