Dead by Daylight Sinister Grace brings new killer & survivor inspired by Thai folklore

The Krasue joins the killers as Vee Boonyasak comes to the Survivor roster as Sinister Grace drops into Dead by Daylight PTB servers today.

Behaviour Interactive has come out with its latest reveal of new content for Dead by Daylight, and the team once again explores original content. For the upcoming Sinister Grace chapter, Dead by Daylight includes Thai folklore with a new killer inspired by the region’s tales, as well as a survivor to match. The update comes to Dead by Daylight’s test servers today with a full release coming at the end of September.

Behaviour Interactive shared the details of the new Dead by Daylight Sinister Grace chapter and its contents in a press release, alongside PTB patch notes. The Krasue is a being that can remove its head and send it hunting for prey to devour. It usually takes on the form of a young woman and lures in victims. In Dead by Daylight, it manifests as a woman who can shift between body and head forms. The body form can spit the Leeching Gland that can push and pull affected victims at her behest, allowing her to manipulate them into forced mistakes. Meanwhile, the head form moves quicker and has access to a nasty “intestinal whip” melee for downing targets.

On the survivor side, Vee Boonyasak is a drummer for a rock band known as Axekick. Driven by an energetic spirit, Boonyasak brings a kit of energy and rhythm perks to Dead by Daylight that may give her the burst she needs to survive.
