The Hoodoos here turn a fiery orange red at sunrise, and standing on the observation deck feels like being on the surface of Mars. Best shooting location: Walk 200 meters to the right of Sunrise Point on the trail

Departing at 4am, you can see the Milky Way and Stone Forest in the same frame
After rain, when the sky is clear, the stone pillars will present a charming rust red color
Using a telephoto lens can capture highly compressed space shots

✅ Best visit time: April to October (with some roads closed in winter)
✅ Ticket: $35 per vehicle (valid for 7 days)
✅ Be sure to wear non slip shoes! Some trails are very steep

This place doesn't look like the landscape on the surface of the Earth at all, which shocked me to the point where I couldn't speak! And there are much fewer tourists than other national parks, it's really worth a special visit 👍
