The bubbles are evenly dense, and the wine has a deep amber color with a slight turbidity.
There is a scent similar to sulfides in red wine, mixed with the taste of dried fruits.
The entrance taste is extremely smooth and full, with a strong malt aroma and a high alcohol content of 11.3%. There is a noticeable alcohol sensation, and there is a slight burning sensation after swallowing, mainly due to the acidity and bitterness brought by the hops. There is less residual flavor in the mouth, with caramel and cocoa, both of which are very weak.
I prefer that after the wine is warmed up, the aroma of dried fruits and nuts will be more pronounced, and this aroma will intertwine and entangle in the taste. The aftertaste also adds some silky chocolate texture.
