China has no tipping culture. What do Americans think about it?

I've worked for tips so I always tip well. That said, I hate it. Businesses should pay their workers fairly instead of offloading that cost onto the customer and pretend it's conditional.

很难不认同，所以我们也拒绝小费文化在中国泛滥。

tipping culture is slavery, the restaurant refused to hire the person , so the person begs for tips, its humiliation and its wrong .

It's pretty normal to me. I live in the U.S. and also have no tipping culture.

What part of the USA? I usually tip any city I go to

Even though it's their job I will always tip no matter where I'm at it's just in me to be kind and thankful for others serving me a drink or food or giving me a ride .

Being friendly to others can also be expressed by language or attitude. Tipping is not the only choice.

我们的确没有小费文化，但是很熟悉的店里消费可能会送个烟什么的

It's a choice, tipping culture VS higher minimum wage.
